Prof. Christian Held is currently dealing with the foundation of companies and transactions. Another focus of his work is the contractual form of grid access in the area of gas as well as all questions regarding the contractual implementation in the area of power plants.

Career: After traineeship at the Ljubljana Court, Jure Levovnik joined Law Office Jadek & Pensa in 2004 where he became a partner in 2006.
His expertise includes representation of clients in most complex commercial disputes as well as advisory services to local and international clients on various issues related to electronic communications, energy, corporate law and intellectual property (in particular copyright and related rights). Jure has also been actively involved in numerous major M&A deals in Slovenia.
