Over the second half of the period since entering the energy law market, demand for the firm’s advice by the renewable energy sector has developed particularly robustly. A longstanding engagement in the wind energy sector (including functions in the Austrian Wind Energy Association and on the supervisory board of a wind energy market leader) has led to a large market share in advising wind energy market participants.

The firm covers public-law approval procedures, including environmental impact assessments, grid access negotiations, contracts with landowners and local communities, turbine purchase and service agreements, participation in tenders under the market premium support scheme, project finance agreements with banks, as well as all related matters.

The firm also has been providing advice to public authorities on federal level and on state level.
