Valentyn’s professional experience in energy covers corporate governance, development of strategies, comprehensive work with energy projects, development of regulatory documents, GR – communication.
In 2019 Valentyn was elected to lead the Ukrhydroenergo as the Chairman of its Supervisory Board. Ukrhydroenergo is a state-owned company in Ukraine that manages all hydroelectric power generation and distribution. Ukrhydroenergo generates 11% of all electricity in a country.
Valentyn also has a strong background in Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Bankruptcy, Debt Restructuring, and working with Non-performing Loans (NPL).
